Service Description

Get in depth advice on running mechanics and how to run more efficiently, for faster times and longer distances. The session includes; Tips for warm ups before running and stretches afterwards An hour run session with a personal trainer to assess form and suggest adjustments A four week running plan tailored to your goals If you are stuck in a running rut and struggling to improve, this is the session for you! You'll go away feeling inspired, motivated and ready to smash your PB's whether in a park run or a half marathon.
