Certified Fitness Trainer and Personal Coach

I am a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people reach their full potential. My training is based on the latest research and techniques in fitness and nutrition. I work with each client to create a personalized plan that fits their goals and lifestyle. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just feel better, I am here to help. I specialise in functional fitness and event racing, I've competed in multiple races on the national and international stage. I love to bring this energy, motivation and determination into my training sessions to help my clients achieve things they never thought possible!

My Philosophy

As a hybrid trainer, I believe in a holistic approach to fitness that combines strength training, cardio, form and technique, and nutrition. My goal is to show you not only ways to improve physical fitness but also how exercise and diet can improve your overall energy levels and mental health. I have years of experience in the fitness environment, having been a lifelong gym-goer turned racer and now a Personal Trainer! Hybrid trainer is about working with clients to get the very best out of them, making them stronger and fitter both physically and mentally.
