Service Description

If you want to get the most from your workout time, achieve your goals and see results, then personal training sessions are for you. We will help you shape your goals into a comprehensive workout programme, with instructions for what you can do between your personal training sessions, updated weekly so your goals grow with you. We conduct a full assessment of both your physical fitness and your lifestyle, habits and what you enjoy doing at the gym. We then use this information to create you a bespoke workout plan using expert knowledge and current fitness trends. You will do weekly sessions with our PT either in the gym environment or outside on specialist equipment, where we will put you through your paces in a fun and energetic workout! All plans will be emailed to you as a PDF and your coach will be on hand throughout the week to help keep your motivation up and answer any questions you might have. We offer two options for our PT sessions, a 4 week plan or a rolling monthly payment plan which also includes extra resources in our online community. We pride ourselves on offer exciting and engaging workouts, with variety and fun. We believe in encouragement and reassurance to give you the confidence to accomplish your goals and thrive! Cancellation Policy

1. The Client agrees to sign a PAR-Q (provided by trainer) before their first session. 2. The Client agrees to inform the Company and its Trainer(s) of any and all conditions, medical or otherwise, that may affect the Client’s ability to participate in Training Sessions. 3. All training sessions and workouts are for the exclusive use of the Client, and should not be shared with unauthorized parties. The Company will not accept liability for any unauthorized use of training materials provided to the Client. 4. The Company will aim to respond to any questions within 24 hours, please be mindful of our working hours Mon – Sat 8am till 7pm. We reserve the right not to respond outside of the hours. 5. All Training Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase. Sessions must be used consecutively, unless the below cancellation policy is applied. 6. The Client shall aim to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice of any necessary cancellation of a scheduled Training Session and an alternative session will aim to be provided as soon as possible. Failure to provide less than 24 hour notice shall result in the Client being charged the full rate for the cancelled/missed Training Session. The Company and its Trainer(s) will endeavor to also provide the Client 24 hour notice of any scheduled Training Session that may need to be cancelled; however, there may be instances where this is not practicable, and such would not constitute breach of this Contract on behalf of the Company. The Company will provide an alternative session in these instances. 7. Either Party may terminate this Contract upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other Party. In the event of termination by either Party, the Company shall refund the Client all monies paid for any unused Training Sessions. There will also be a 14 day ‘cooling off period’ during which the client can request a refund, provided no sessions have taken place.
