If you want to get the most from your workout time, achieve your goals and see results, then personal training sessions are for you. We will help you shape your goals into a comprehensive workout programme, with instructions for what you can do between your personal training sessions, updated weekly so your goals grow with you. We conduct a full assessment of both your physical fitness and your lifestyle, habits and what you enjoy doing at the gym. We then use this information to create you a bespoke workout plan using expert knowledge and current fitness trends. You will do weekly sessions with our PT either in the gym environment or outside on specialist equipment, where we will put you through your paces in a fun and energetic workout! All plans will be emailed to you as a PDF and your coach will be on hand throughout the week to help keep your motivation up and answer any questions you might have. We offer two options for our PT sessions, a 4 week plan or a rolling monthly payment plan which also includes extra resources in our online community.
